Walter Hendriks

Walter J. Hendriks is Assistant Professor at the Department of Organization and Strategy of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Maastricht University. From 1989-1997 he studied (Business) Economics at Maastricht University. In 1996 he was appointed research assistant at the department Organization at Maastricht University where he participated in a large-scale project on the Dutch newspaper industry. In September 1997 he started his dissertation research on the relation between top management team diversity and firm performance in the Dutch and Belgian IT industry. His research interests include top management teams, leadership and crisis management.
