Ursula Glunk

Ursula Glunk is Associate Professor in the Department of Organization and Strategy at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Maastricht University, the Netherlands. She received her Ph.D. in Organization Studies at Tilburg University, the Netherlands and holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from the Mannheim University, Germany. Next to being a researcher and lecturer she has been working as a programme director, trainer and coach. Her fields of expertise are personal development, change management, communication, learning and creativity. Her current research focuses on the functioning of teams and perceived integrity.
