Patrick Punte

Patrick Punte is affiliated with TNO Defence, Security, and Safety as Product Manager and Senior Research Scientist of the department of 'Human in Command'. His focus is on the design of Control Organizations and Virtual Teams. Patrick started his  career at TNO in 1995. He has been project manager of various complex projects in which he performed research and consultancy for control organizations for control organizations. Issues to be resolved were the optimization of organization, work processes, manning, team performance, and work environments. Often in circumstances of organizational change and the implementation of ICT. After a short stay as Senior Consultant at vhp ergonomics, Patrick returned to TNO in July 1997.
