Jan de Leede

Jan de Leede is senior researcher/ consultant at TNO Quality of Life and Assistant Professor Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Management and Governance at the University of Twente. He obtained his Ph.D. degree and his MSc. in Management Studies at the University of Twente.
He is focussed on research and consultancy in the field of of flexible labour, working times and virtual teams. His Ph.D. was on self managing teams, including the contribution of such teams for product and process innovation. He published more than 10 articles in international journals, more than 25 articles in Dutch scientific and other journals and more than 15 books or chapters of books. He participated in some European research projects (Innoflex, Saltsa Hospital Network), is project manager of several research and consultancy projects at TNO. He is coordinator of the Platform Virtual Teams in the Netherlands.
